Can the minister explain why the Information Commissioner is still not in a position to arbitrate on Gillard government refusals to provide information requested by the Senate, when the Prime Minister made clear commitments that this would happen when she signed agreements to form government with the Greens and key— Senator Wong interjecting— The PRESIDENT: Order!
