As a result of water entitlement prices doubling in some major catchments of the Murray-Darling Basin, has the Deputy Prime Minister been trying to secure additional funds to guarantee that the 450 gigalitres can be delivered, or has the Deputy Prime Minister been trying to cut government funding to the Murray-Darling Basin?
