I now refer the minister to the email to staff from Dean Dalla Valle, President of Uranium for BHP, in which he described the cost of doing business in Australia as having reached a record high. Will the minister and the government accept any responsibility—any at all—for the record high cost of doing business in Australia, which is impeding projects like the Olympic Dam expansion?
