Minister, have you had any discussions with AusAID or the Department of Immigration and Citizenship about aid money going to Manus Island or PNG or to offshore processing as a result of the recent agreement? Will you reveal what the advice from the OECD is with regard to whether aid money can be spent on these detention centres; and, if so, what aspects of the detention centres it can be spent on?
