Senator Carr: The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: (1) Spectran Pty Ltd based at Moonah in Hobart was contracted to undertake the site preparation. The site preparation involved clearing the site of long grass (except protected areas), establishment of a site shed and construction of a contractor area. (2) Building construction commenced on 24 June 2011.
