BE11/0580 taken on notice during the 2010-11 Budget estimates of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee, how much notice was given to the Premier, the two mayors, the service providers, Commonwealth Government agencies and the external stakeholders prior to the announcement.
