Senator Conroy: The Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: (1) For rounds one, two and three of the National Rental Affordability Scheme, information on offers of incentives that were not accepted was not collected or aggregated in the Scheme's program management system. Collecting this information from individual applications would require an unreasonable diversion of departmental staff resources. The Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities (the department) is seeking to capture this information as applicants respond to offers made under Round Four. (2) Yes.
