Does the government consider that the Productivity Commission's criticisms of EFIC were without merit, therefore; and, given the complaints I receive regularly from SMEs about the hurdles and difficulties they face in obtaining EFIC loans and assistance, can the minister provide a breakdown of what percentage of EFIC's assistance goes to SMEs in both dollar terms and the number of businesses assisted, and how SMEs are defined by EFIC for this purpose?
