Senator LUDLAM (Western Australia) (01:21): I indicate Australian Greens support. These are sensible amendments which have been brought forward as a result of the evidence given to the Senate inquiry. They are minor improvements to a terrible bill, so I guess we would be silly to oppose them. I am happy to commend them to the chamber.
