Senator MILNE (Tasmania—Leader of the Australian Greens) (23:40): The Senate report stated: Information provided during the inquiry supports the conclusion that SEAM has not significantly improved school attendance rates in the trial sites, and witnesses expressed serious concern that it was being extended across the NT. Therefore, I ask the minister to cite the figures that show that SEAM has significantly improved school attendance. Can he cite the statistics to demonstrate that is the case?
