Is the Acting Prime Minister aware that the 800-person cap on asylum seekers to be transferred to Malaysia by the people swap deal has already been exceeded by the 1,070 boat people arriving in Australia since it was signed in July? Given that the Malaysian people swap deal has failed, what is the government's plan B?
