Ms LEY (Farrer—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:07): My question is to the Prime Minister, and I refer to his promise to deliver cheaper mortgages. Interest rates have risen eight times under his watch, and more Australians are turning to Foodbank so they can put their grocery money towards their mortgage payments. Why has this Prime Minister misled the Australian people? Isn't this yet another broken promise by this tricky Prime Minister?
