Mr BOWEN (McMahon) (14:52): My question is to the Prime Minister. Private health insurers will save up to $5½ billion from the deferral of non-urgent services over the next six months. Those savings far outweigh the small amount that's been returned to policyholders via the six-month premium freeze. What's the government doing to ensure that those savings are returned to Australians doing it tough and not pocketed by the insurers?
