On 15 March the Prime Minister banned cruise ships from docking in Australia with arrangements 'directly under the command of the Australian Border Force'. Four days later, the Ruby Princess docked in Sydney. Given Australian Border Force is responsible for protecting Australia's borders and had direct command of those arrangements, does the Prime Minister take any responsibility for the Ruby Princess fiasco?
