Mr BOWEN (McMahon) (14:16): My question is to the Prime Minister. Why won't the Prime Minister support Labor's plan to give 70 per cent of working Australians a bigger, better, fairer tax cut, compared to stages 1, 2 and 3 of the government's scheme?
