Mr CLARE (Blaxland) (14:46): My question is to the Prime Minister. In question time on Monday the Prime Minister said, 'We are applying an efficiency dividend to the ABC.' But yesterday, when discussing the Prime Minister's cuts to the ABC, the Minister for Communications said, 'This is not an efficiency dividend.' Prime Minister, is the Minister for Communications right?
