I refer to the list of liable entities released by the Clean Energy Regulator last week that shows the carbon tax hit Victorians with $1.5 billion of additional costs in 2013-14. Will the minister inform the House how removing the carbon tax will ease cost-of-living pressures for Victorian businesses and families?
