It is an independent board of guardians that makes those decisions. We provide some guidance, through the investment mandate and the statement of expectations, which has been modestly amended—despite the hysteria from those opposite—to include housing, the energy transition and the resilience of our national infrastructure as priority areas for the fund to consider.
