Senator CHANDLER (Tasmania) (14:13): Yesterday in question time the Minister for Finance also said: 'Our position on tax cuts hasn't changed, but we are in the position of having to repair a budget.' Can the Prime Minister guarantee that his government's policy in relation to stage 3 tax cuts will not change in the future?
