I refer to the comments by the Premier of Victoria, Mr Napthine, on the Abbott government's petrol tax ambush. He says: This is a situation where any increase in the cost for fuel for Victorian families and Victorian business will hurt those families and businesses … He also says: … these sorts of things should go through the proper parliamentary processes. Does the minister agree with the Premier of Victoria?
