The National Party federal council last weekend urged change in the higher education package because regional and rural students will be priced out of a university degree. Does the minister agree with his colleague the member for New England, Mr Barnaby Joyce, that such students, 'If they have to go back to their parents and say, "Well, you'll actually have to pay for me to stay in Sydney or you'll have to pay for me to stay in Armidale," the parents can afford it'— (Time expired)
