Senator Wong: The Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: No. My Department has advised that KPMG did not recommend any amendments to the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2000 and that given amendments to the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 that were made by the Government earlier this year, that no further amendments are warranted at this time.
