Senator Abetz asked the Minister representing the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, upon notice, on 6 November 2012: With reference to question on notice no. 1907 (Senate Hansard, 15 August 2012, p. 5466) and question no. EW0010_13, taken on notice during the 2012 13 Budget estimates hearing of the Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Legislation Committee, can a list be provided of all changes to the Fair Work Act 2009 presently being considered by the Government outside of the Fair Work Act Review.
