Senator Wong: The Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: The decisions of the former Workplace Relations Ministers' Council (WRMC) and the COAG Select Council on Workplace Relations (SCWR) are reflected in the Communiques that are issued by the members of the respective Councils. The Communiques for WRMC and SCWR since 1 January 2008 are attached. A Communique was not issued for the WRMC meeting (No.79) held on 12 February 2009.
