I received the Fair Work Australia report on Monday evening and on Tuesday morning I referred to the Australian Electoral Commissioner questions that were raised in it and asked for advice from the Electoral Commissioner as to whether or not there were any matters that should be considered by the government. The Electoral Commissioner—and the Department of Finance and Deregulation, for that matter—will report back to me on that when they have concluded their investigation.
