Senator Ludwig: The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: (1) There are 22 combination television/DVD units located at the Pontville Immigration Detention Centre. These units are rented by the Detention Services Provider at a total cost of $3,806 per month. (2) No television/DVD units have been broken or damaged, therefore no costs have been incurred for repairs or replacement.
