Senator Wong: The Treasurer has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: Table 1 of the explanatory memorandum to the Clean Energy Bill 2011 has not been replicated on an underlying cash balance basis. The Government has published a detailed table on a fiscal balance basis. A full economic update will be published in the 2011-12 MYEFO. The impact of the Clean Energy Future Package will be reflected in the published budget balances.
