Mr PASIN (Barker) (15:02): My question is to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy. Can the minister rule out making any changes to the diesel fuel credit arrangements, noting that any changes will slug farmers and miners— Mr Abdo interjecting— The SPEAKER: Order! The SPEAKER: Out of respect for the member for Barker, he may begin his question again. Mr PASIN: My question is to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy.
