Mr ABBOTT (Warringah—Leader of the Opposition) (14:02): Mr Speaker, my question is to the Prime Minister. I remind the Prime Minister of the conduct of her ministers in the chamber yesterday and I ask: how can a tax that will increase power prices by 10 per cent, increase gas prices by nine per cent and increase household bills by $514 a year be the subject of such wild jubilation inside the Labor Party?
