Ms LEY (Farrer—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:29): My question is to the Minister for Aged Care. Economists from Deloitte, Access Economics, UBS, S&P Global Ratings, Betashares and EY have all warned that Labor's high-taxing, big-spending budget will raise inflation, risking further interest rate rises. This morning the minister said, 'This is a budget that will put downward pressure on inflation.' Can the minister explain how the budget will put downward pressure on inflation?
