Mr SHARMA (Wentworth) (15:10): My question is to the Minister for the Environment. Will the minister update the House on how the Morrison government is protecting and preserving the natural environment and our native species, such as the koala? Mr Albanese interjecting— The SPEAKER: The Leader of the Opposition, you can't take a point of order on a question. Mr Albanese: You can, in fact. The SPEAKER: Yes, you're right. You can; but it doesn't end well! Mr Albanese: You can on irony—you can indeed. The SPEAKER: I just say to the Leader of the Opposition that I think he's made a compelling point, and that would lead me to rule out every question from the opposition today! So if he wants me to go down that path—the minister has the call.
