The Hell's Gate and Herbert dams, Galilee rail line, Queensland Nickel, phosphate canal and Hann Highway will produce, if Australian, $16,000 million a year, taxation for retirees, struggling young families, 150,000 jobs, but after three years, still not a cent of money has been committed.
