While we know that the concept for the Voice didn't come from politicians, although the parliament would benefit from its wisdom and advice, can the minister reminds the Senate how the Voice was conceived and driven by Indigenous Australian communities seeking improvements in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders that will benefit all Australians?
