I refer to a submission to the Fair Work Commission by Hair and Beauty Australia, which argues for the wages of workers in their industry to be cut even when wages are at a record low. Will the Turnbull government be making a submission to the Fair Work Commission to defend the workers in the hair and beauty industry who rely on penalty rates?
