Senator Abetz asked the Minister representing the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, upon notice, on 25 June 2012 : 'In regard to Individual Flexibility Agreements (IFAs), does the Minister stand by the former Minister's comments that the 28-day-rule is an 'impediment to the use of IFAs'.
