Senator Ludwig: The Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: The Government is constantly considering the operation of the Fair Work Act and whether the operation of the Act can be improved. As part of this approach, the Government is considering the recommendations of the independent Fair Work Review panel.
