Senator Ludwig: The Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: The Government is confident that Fair Work Australia conducted independent investigations into the Victoria No. 1 Branch and the National Office of the Health Services Union (HSU). The Government has publicly stated that it is a matter for the Courts to determine whether the breaches of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 or the rules of the HSU have occurred.
