Senator Bob Brown asked the Minister representing the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, upon notice, on 15 September 2011: With reference to the answer to question BE11/0079 taken on notice during the 2011/12 Budget Estimates of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee: (1) As Ta Ann was required by law to demonstrate two matters but has not done so, what action is being taken by the Department. (2) Can a copy be provided of all departmental evidence relating to Ta Ann fulfilling the dual obligations; if not, why not.
