Is the minister able to accommodate the requirements of the Qantas Sale Act 1992 part 3(7)(f) which prohibits Qantas 'from conducting scheduled international air transport passenger services' other than under the name 'Qantas' and Qantas's announcement that it will invest in a premium airline based in Asia with a different name?
