Ms LEY (Farrer—Leader of the Opposition) (14:08): My question is to the Prime Minister. Labor's three-day Canberra talkfest delivered no real relief for Australians. There was nothing to cut power bills, lower grocery prices nor reverse the biggest fall in living standards in the developed world. Instead, Labor has left the door open to higher taxes on people's savings, their super, their businesses, their homes and even their spare rooms. Why is it always the case that when Labor run out of money they come after hardworking Australians? Dr Chalmers interjecting— Mr Burnell interjecting— The SPEAKER: Order! The Treasurer will cease interjecting. The member for Spence is warned.
