Mr DUTTON (Dickson—Leader of the Opposition) (14:01): My question is to the Prime Minister. Prime Minister, Australians are witnessing an incompetent government that can't explain its plans for a voice, can't deliver its promised $275 annual cut to energy bills, has presided over 11 interest rises in over a year, and has no concrete plans to rescue families from our worsening cost-of-living crisis. When will the Prime Minister get across the detail and start prioritising ways to help families struggling with cost-of-living pressures? Mr Bowen interjecting— The SPEAKER: Order! The Minister for Climate Change and Energy will not interject.
