Mr JOSH WILSON (Fremantle) (14:40): My question is to the Minister for the Environment and Water. How is the Albanese Labor government— Opposition members interjecting— The SPEAKER: Order! When questions are being asked of ministers—I have been through this many times—it is not a time to groan, to give comment; it is to be silent so I can hear the question. For some reason, when certain ministers are asked questions, there is always an audible groan. It is not going to continue; otherwise, I'll take action. So we're just going to start it again so I can hear from the member for Fremantle without commentary about who the question is to. Mr JOSH WILSON: My question is to the Minister for the Environment and Water. How is the Albanese Labor government taking action to deal with the problem of plastic pollution both in Australia and on the world stage?
