Ms COLLINS (Franklin—Minister for Housing, Minister for Homelessness and Minister for Small Business) (14:06): I thank the member opposite for her question. As I said in this place last week, there are several thresholds that need to be met in terms of small businesses. If she's talking about the single interest bargaining stream, we made announcements that it will change from fewer than 15 employees to fewer than 20. Ms Ley: It was about the cost. Ms COLLINS: I understand that— The SPEAKER: The deputy leader has asked her question. She will hear the answer in silence. Ms COLLINS: There are four streams, and we expect that most small businesses will go through the cooperative stream where, as I also said last week, most of the businesses will be able to take an off-the-shelf product or work with their employer peak organisation. Those costs are estimates only and they're unlikely to be required for most small businesses.
