Leaks from cabinet are a criminal offence, punishable by two years in prison, under section 70 of the Crimes Act. So has the Prime Minister referred these latest negative-gearing leaks to the Australian Federal Police for investigation? Can we expect raids on cabinet ministers' offices soon?
