I refer to the minister's answer yesterday in the House and to his answer just now. When asked the same question on 60 Minutes last year, the minister responded, 'Yes, I did.' Minister, what has changed? Why won't he repeat that answer now? Is the reason he will not repeat that answer now that the government believes that such an action is inappropriate?
