Mr HUNT (Flinders) (14:15): My question is to the Prime Minister. Can the Prime Minister explain why a 44 per cent increase in electricity prices since June 2008 is not a sufficient price signal to change consumer behaviour? And why is an additional tax on electricity required on top of that?
