(2) That the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment (There For Public Service, Not Profit) Bill 2025 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage. (3) That the bill be referred to the Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 28 November 2025, and that the committee have the power to consider and use the records of the Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee appointed in the previous parliament.
