(2) That the Tertiary Education Legislation Amendment (There For Education, Not Profit) Bill 2025 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage. (3) That the bill be referred to the Education and Employment Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 28 November 2025, and that the committee have the power to consider and use the records of the Education and Employment Legislation Committee appointed in the previous parliament.
