Senator CADELL (New South Wales—Nationals Whip in the Senate) (14:37): My question is to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator Watt. Honourable senators interjecting— The PRESIDENT: Senator Cadell, please resume your seat. That was incredibly disorderly, particularly on my right. Senator Cadell, I invite you to begin the question again. Senator CADELL: Thank you, President. My question is to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator Watt.
