The Albanese government was elected on the promise of cleaning up the mess of a decade of the Liberal-National coalition's waste, rorts and chaos. Having been left with one trillion dollars in debt, why is the independent review of the $120 billion infrastructure investment pipeline necessary? Opposition senators interjecting—
